What I ate today - Sunday Funday

 Stressed. Hanging in there.

Breakfast: Just egg folded egg, coffee with silk caramel almond creamer, fried potatoes w/ onion, bell pepper and mushrooms, pumfu sausage crumbles, half a slice of white bread, couple bites of potato salad, lots of ketchup

Lunch: Coffee with soymilk with rachel <3 at coffee emporium, half of CE vegan brownie. Was so good and moist, haven't had one in forever.

Dinner: Taquiera Mercado-- small burrito no cheese no sour cream add avocado, lots of tortilla chips and salsa, house margarita split with Steven because it was a little too strong and too sweet! (I was craving one all week.ha did not hit the spot)

Some cigs, not much exercise. Shaved my legs.

I haven't been reading much for years! I can't even call myself a vocabularian. I've been working and working on my masters thesis. So I could share some physics words like plasmon and magnetoresistance. A plasmon is a plasma oscillation. Plasmonics are electronics that use plasmons.

I've been thinking about picking up German again. It just seems important to me that I know another language. I think I was too self-conscious before about not being perfect.

I was planning on skating this week but got worried since I realized it could be packed even with limited numbers. I'll wait a couple of weeks. I don't get vaccinated until Saturday. Ugh. Sucks scrolling through fb and people knowing how stressed everyone is and then shaming everyone. I get it. We all want to get of this. There's probably so many opinions on this and it's exhausting. I thought I would blog to relieve some stress and keep stock of what I've been eating. I haven't been exercising and eating as healthy as I wanted. Once quarantine started, buying more fun foods was making me happy.

Actually, I found a word I liked from Vonnegut's "Hocus Pocus" but I forgot it. I found "crurifragium" though. Which means breaking the lower leg bones during crucifixion. Terrible. I'm reading "Cat's Cradle" now.

Ok, goodnight.
