Gluten-free tacos!



So I had some Beyond Meat feisty crumbles.



 
Some local salsa.

 
Super local corn tortillas. Made perfectly btw.
 
I added some jalapeno daiya block cheese and local corn. Hit the spot.

 
And a side salad.
