So basically I just gave up refined sugar, but I am still eating raw till 4 except for coffee and some protein powder.
I had a chocolate protein shake with arbonne protein, banana, and water. Delicious. A smoothie with blueberries, bananas, and water. Really good, too. ~600 cals.
I had a date and some figs. ~200 cals
For dindin, I ate three sushi wraps with brown rice, yellow bell pepper, carrots, cucumber, and avocado. ~400 cals.
I also picked at yesterday's kale salad and some boiled carrots and potatoes. ~200 cals.
Coffee ~50 cals
Physics Hw tonight. Mmmm. Bathtime first. Tchuss.
