Before and After
I'm kinda skimping on talk. Oh, well.
before and after
hmmm, not a big difference.
Still look the same. Ew. I don't like them.
So I am now 104.4 lbs. waist is 26 in. thigh 19.5 in. and hip is 29 1/8 in.
Before was 106 lbs. waist was 26 1/4. thigh was 20in. and hip was 30 1/4.
cool. I guess. Overall, I enjoyed eating fruit for breakfast. I think I am going to do that from now on. I'm going to take a break from coffee. I like not eating lots of processed sugar. I can't believe how much I love dates! I also love pineapples and oj. So I am going to do these a lot more. I did run a lot. And some days I only ate 1200 calories. I think I'm going to order a box of dates. These high carb people don't eat very many greens. I love greens! But I'm not high carb. I'm Sarah. I'm vegan. After I eat a giant salad or add lots of spinach with boiled veggies I feel great.
Anyway. New detox for the coming month before NYC. No coffee. Oooo it's going to be so hard.
I ate lots of cals today. Blah. But I was hungry. 1650 cals. Well, that's not bad. bye

Day 29
I drank two small coffees with french vanilla silk creamer from clifton natural. They have organic coffee from Seven Hills Coffee roasters. My favorite right now. I also had wheatberries with bananas and coco creamer and dried cranberries.
Gardein chicken patty
Salad with romaine, spinach, tomato, carrot, mushroom, orange bell pepper, onion, cucumber and 2 Tbsp. of v ranch (follow your heart).
Oven baked 1extra lg sweet potato and 5 small-medium potatoes with 3 T and 1 t of olive oil. Pepper and 1 t of salt. I only ate half of all of it.
Ketchup and mustard
Cantalope for tomorrow.
I also had some dates and figs. I think I reached 1800 calories today. I'm running my 8 mile run today so this is good. And I had oj and a green juice of cilantro, celery, cukes, lime, ginger, and kale.
Day 28
Because it was zombie jesus day, I ate lots of chocolate. Obsessive confection disorder candies: Ruthless mama was like a baby ruth and the dark mal was a marshmallow caramel chocolate bar. Caramel was a guiness caramel. Cleo's is like reese cups.I ate this all in one sitting. It was soooo good. YUM. But not everyday.
I also ate lots of spinach, tofu scramble, potatoes, gravy and bread.and some goetta. I actually didn't run 8 miles. ! I know. But tonight I will. I promise. I'm going to study physics and then go running.
I also had a spinach, blueberry, strawberry, banana, and coco creamer smoothie.

Day 26

Slacker I am: Day 25
So Raw till 4 I haven't stuck to all the way, but at least 95%. I either have a green smoothie or dates or fruit. I haven't had any dessert except a cookie and a cupcake and a little organic sugar in my coffee.
Today I had a coffee, half a cantalope, some apple with pb, and some mango. Then for dinner I had corn, tomatoes, brown rice, lentils, vegan provolone, 3 gardein chkn pieces, and spring mix. And a little v-ranch and hot sauce.
At Iris Book Cafe I found the coolest book. It's called, "The Vegan Revolution with Zombies". Awesome. Let the summer reading begin next week.
I'm so excited. I will be in NYC May 23rd! Definitely blogging about everything I eat.
Tomorrow morning I think I'm going to try wheatberries for breakfast.

Day Ten
So basically I just gave up refined sugar, but I am still eating raw till 4 except for coffee and some protein powder.
I had a chocolate protein shake with arbonne protein, banana, and water. Delicious. A smoothie with blueberries, bananas, and water. Really good, too. ~600 cals.
I had a date and some figs. ~200 cals
For dindin, I ate three sushi wraps with brown rice, yellow bell pepper, carrots, cucumber, and avocado. ~400 cals.
I also picked at yesterday's kale salad and some boiled carrots and potatoes. ~200 cals.
Coffee ~50 cals
Physics Hw tonight. Mmmm. Bathtime first. Tchuss.

Day Nine
I had a chocolate protein smoothie from arbonne for breakfast. It was pretty yummy. It just had bananas and water in it. My passionberry kombucha tastes like crap. WTH. I really want some damn dessert.
I also had a spinach, blackberry, banana smoothie. Breakfast-600 cals.
